To those who want to start adding greens to their diet, this is a great start... with bacon and fried chicken!
To make fuss-free Caesar Salad, we used some of our favorite ingredients from our selection. From our ever-reliable source for delicious, nutritious, ultra crisp, and fresh salad mixes (no boring lettuce here!) to bacon sans preservatives, to the best ready-to-cook fried chicken in the metro, and of course to the all-important salad dressing.
Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: Approx 60 mins
Serving Size: 4-6 pax

You’ll only need five things:
- 1 pack Bucky's Not a Brownie Ready to Cook Fried Chicken
- Super Salad Mix, Power Salad Mix or Salanova Lettuce Mix from Future Fresh- this is really up to you!
- Caesar Salad Dressing (we have Casa Burrata or Stock at Home)
- Toasted Bread or croutons (used leftover Twelve Loaves Milk Buns cut in cubes and toasted)
- grated cheese (your choice! Parmesan or pecorino romano)
Make the Fried Chicken:
- Thaw out chicken
- Heat oil to about 350-375F
- Remove chicken from the brine and pat the chicken dry
- Dredge chicken in breading
- Shake of excess breading & deep fry til golden brown (about 6-8 mins)
- Slice the cooked fried chicken into strips

We’re proud to carry what many consider the best fried chicken in Metro Manila, allowing all of us to continue enjoying these tender fillets of chicken right in the comforts of our home.
Super simple steps:
- Prepare all ingredients
- To make toasted bread/croutons: Slice leftover bread into squares and toast until crunchy.
- Wash salad greens, pat them dry, place in a salad bowl and toss in everything else!
Classic Caesar Salad with Bacon

Won’t you look at this beautiful bowl of greens topped with the crispiest bacon yet! Fix for the fam and witness everybody enjoy it!
Ingredients we used:
- Bacon from Berry's Deli
- Super Salad Mix, Power Salad Mix or Salanova Lettuce Mix from Future Fresh- this is really up to you!

Assemble, Toast, and Eat:
- Wash your greens, pat them dry
- Toss everything together and eat!
We used exactly the same ingredients as the Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad, but replaced the chicken with bacon
You can make an "upgraded" caesar BLT sandwich using the same ingredients too! Crisp salad on toasted bread with juicy tomatoes and crunchy strips of bacon that snap upon bites. Nice, right?
