*Standard Lead Time: 1-2 days lead time depending on quantity and product availability.

*Bulk orders, build your own sets & other special requests: Anywhere from 7 days to 5 weeks depending on quantity and product availability

Same Day Delivery

We can only accommodate same-day delivery/pickup for items currently in stock. Everything else is for pre-order, requiring a 1–2 day turnaround depending on quantity and product availability.

Pick Up Option (Makati)

Pick Up Option: You may choose pick up option at the checkout portion of the site! We will coordinate and confirm your pick-up schedule directly with you beforehand to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

Delivery Rates & Routes

We are meticulous about food handling and the service providers we use. However, The Seven Pantry cannot be held liable for the care or condition of items once they are picked up by the customer's chosen courier.

Please note our STANDARD DELIVERY TIME is between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM daily. Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to guarantee an exact preferred time of delivery within this window.

Other Terms and Conditions

* We ensure meticulous handling of food products during storage and preparation. However, for pick-up orders, The Seven Pantry cannot be held liable for damages beyond our control.

* Sensitive Items & Transport: Certain items require a car for safe transport. The Seven Pantry is not liable for damages caused by unsuitable transportation methods.

* Change in delivery schedule. Please notify The Seven Pantry within 24 hours of purchase of any possible change in delivery schedule. After the 24 hour period, The Seven Pantry cannot anymore accommodate a change in schedule or cancel orders.

*All orders must be fully paid within 24 hours of order placement. Failure to pay within that time will automatically cancel your order.

* All sales are considered final. The Seven Pantry works with home kitchens and independent businesses. A cancellation or a sudden change in delivery schedule will mean great cost and loss to both parties. 

* Picking up your orders? Please make sure to pick up on the given schedule. Failure to pick up is considered a cancelled order and cannot anymore be refunded.
