Fried Chicken (12-15 pcs)


  • 12-15 pcs to make for a kilo pack of fried chicken
  • Cooking Instructions:

    1. Thaw out chicken
    2. Heat oil to about 350-375F
    3. Remove chicken from the brine and pat the chicken dry
    4. Dredge chicken in breading
    5. Shake of excess breading & deep fry til golden brown (about 6-8 mins)
