Each set comes with Truffle Fig Sauce
Approx. 600g (good for 4-6 pax)
Ingredients: Premium pork belly, citrus juices, cerveza negra, brown sugar, cinnamon and herbs
To reheat:
OVEN: Heat oven to 325F for approx. Approximately 20-30 mins (fat side u p)
PAN FRY: Slice thinly and pan fry in butter, in low heat
Storage and shelf life: 3 months when frozen.
