Signature Roast Beef (approx. 500g, 1kg, or 2kg)


This roast beef from Benedicto Kitchen has been given that special BK rub locking in the incredible juices from the USDA certified beef. Then it’s slow roasted for at least 10 hours so it’s almost like melt-in-your-mouth soft. For when you need to make your day a bit more special, look no further.

  • Made from USDA beef with the special BK rub that locks in the flavor in the beef, so no gravy is needed to enjoy it
  • Approx. 500g (for 4-5 pax), 1kg (for 6-8 pax), or 2kg
  • Shelf life of 1 week in the refrigerator sealed tightly, 2 weeks in the freezer

Reheating instructions: Remove the roast beef from the refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature. Preheat oven at 150 degrees C. Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil and reheat in oven for about 10-45 minutes depending on the size of the meat.

How we like it:  A slice of roast beef from topped with calamansi marmalade with mint and gin from Nieta and snuggly hugged by the softest milk buns from Twelve Loaves. This sandwich is as good as it looks, maybe even better.
