Malagos Sublime (Mango or Pesto/150g)


This creamy cheese is made from a blend of cow and goat's milk, made in the style of chèvre, with either Pesto or Philippine dried mango bits. The cow's milk lends an almost caramel flavor to this cheese, while the mango bits add a touch of sweetness and acidity.

This versatile cheese that can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with a variety of dishes. It's a great addition to charcuterie boards, and it can also be used in desserts, salads, and savory dishes.

How we like it?
We love pairing it with Gourmet Bangus or Spanish Sardines on a slice of toasted Pandesal, topped with a dollop of rich and creamy Mango Beurre made with mangoes from Guimaras and premium French butter or a nice Spiced Mango Jam
