- Cooking instructions: Drop dried egg noodles into boiling water and cook for 3-4mins. Stir constantly. Drain and divide into 2 bowls. Reheat stock soup until boiling and pour over noodles. Top with crispy fried noodles, pickled mustard greens, shallot slices.
