  • Shelf life of 2-3 days as the kit contains fresh ingredients. Soup can keep for 1 month in the freezer
  • Cooking instructions: Drop dried egg noodles into boiling water and cook for 3-4mins. Stir constantly. Drain and divide into 2 bowls. Reheat stock soup until boiling and pour over noodles. Top with crispy fried noodles, pickled mustard greens, shallot slices.
