Baked Salmon Two-Ways (approx. 500g or 1kg)


Benedicto Kitchen’s baked salmon two-ways won’t make you feel like you were missing out. It lets you enjoy the creamy classic Parmesan baked or if you’re craving the tangier herb crust, you get that one, too! Either way, you’re getting a hefty seafood delicious delight.

  • A fillet of salmon featuring with parmesan crust on one half and herb crust on the other half 
  • Approx. 500g or 1kg

Reheating instructions: Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature. Preheat oven at 160 degrees C. Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil and reheat in oven for about 3-8 minutes depending on the size of the fillet.

How we like it: Serve with pasta or a lightly dressed salad for a healthier approach!
