Malagos Petite Regina (160g)

Petite La Regina has a stronger oomph due tot he fact that it is made with goat's milk. White molds are coaxed to bloom with the right temperature and humidity to develope that unique nutty flavour while maintaining creamy interior. 

Ingredients: fresh goat's milk, all purpose cream, natural sea salt, cheese starters, lipase, rennet, calcium chloride dehydrate, cheese mold.

Size 160-190g

Served on cheese platters, wonderful baked and served with a drizzle of honey, dried fruits and nuts.
