FAQs on Gifting (Bulk / Personal)

The Gifting Studio brings together a wide range of food choices, personally vetted, curated and edited by the team. If you would like to build your own set or add a personalized touch to your gift, kindly reach out to us via chat, email (hello@thesevenpantry.com/thesevenpantry@gmail.com), or through our social media platforms (IG / FB @thesevenpantry)

Personalization (Gift Card Message)

Most of our gift items have gift tags attached to them. If you want to add a message to the card, please write it on the notebox before checkout

Packaging

* Hampers and crates, Insulated Bags and Eco bag sets are delivered as is (what you see in the photo)
* All our Banig Bags have a secondary standard shopping bag covering
* Extra Shopping bags may be purchased here (shopping bags)

Bulk Orders Information

* Depending on the quantity, some may be available on hand and some might require a bit of lead time
* We give special prices on our gift bags and gift wrapping services to orders made in bulk - depending on the quanity
* Best to order the pre-arranged & recommended sets as these have already been discounted, and are tried and tested pairings
* We can only begin production or confirm your orders as soon as all details have been ironed out, and once payment has been made
* Any delays in confirmation may result to later fulfillment date / unavailability of orders

Delivery Service or Pick Up Option (T&C)

Delivery rates vary depending on location and orders (bulk orders delivered one time will require a bigger vehicle).

We can do one time delivery or end to end, depending on your needs. However, we are unable to accommodate the exact preferred time of delivery due to logistical limitations.

Pick up: The Seven Pantry will not be liable for any damage due to transport.

Pre-Ordering / Urgent Requests

We highly encourage pre-ordering, at least 2 weeks ahead, to esnure availability of the products.

Kindly include your preferred delivery date at the note box before checkout.
