- No need to defrost
- Cooking instructions: Heat about 1cm of oil in a pan over medium high heat until oil begins to shimmer. Place 2-3 croquetas at a time. Roll and baste to cook evenly. Remove croquetas when golden brown. Drain excess oil and let rest for 2-3 mins. before serving
