Ube Ensaymada - Ensaymada infused with ube halaya, topped with a layer of homemade buttery ube halaya then finished with an ube sweet creamy French butter and a generous amount of Queso de bola

Storage and Shelf Life: Our ensaymadas can last up to 5 days in the refrigerator and up to 2 weeks in the freezer when stored properly. Otherwise, you may also store them in an airtight container and leave them at room temperature for 3 days. 

Reheating: Heat in the microwave for 15–25 seconds or in the toaster oven until cheese is melted.
