Herb Crusted Salmon (approx. 500g or 1kg)


Don’t sleep on Benedicto Kitchen’s herb crusted salmon! A meaty fillet of salmon is baked and topped with herbs and spices that surprisingly lifts the whole experience up, much like a rousing little number.

Reheating instructions: Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and let it sit until it reaches room temperature. Preheat oven at 160 degrees C. Cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil and reheat in oven for about 3-8 minutes depending on the size of the fillet.

How we like it: Serve with pasta or a lightly dressed salad for a healthier approach!
