  • Approx. 300g-330g of medium-rare Wagyu beef with a marbling score of 9/10 wrapped in duxelles, parma ham, and puff pastry topped with sea salt flakes
  • Serves 2-3 persons 
  • Reheating instructions: Place on a wire rack and set the rack on the pan. Warm the oven for 110C. Place the Wellington inside the oven. Do not leave for more than 12 mins. Otherwise, Wellington will lose its pinkness
