  • Has a slight tang from the sourdough, with olives adding a briny flavor

  • Shelf life of up to 1 month in the freezer, 3 days in room temp. or in refrigerator
  • Re-heating suggestion: Sprinkle a bit of water on the bread before heating it up in the oven for 5 mins at 180C. Alternatively, heat the bread on a pan in medium heat and butter 
  • Will require lead time of 3 days
