Pulpo with Cauliflower Puree (Approx. 400g, Serves 2-3)


  • Tender and silky octopus cooked for 5-6 hours and charred to finish
  • Served over cauliflower puree
  • Serves 2-3 persons
  • Reheating instructions: Preheat oven to 135C. Place octopus in baking sheet or casserole, splash with water, and cover with foil. Put the pan in preheated oven and let it sit for 12 mins.  
  • Reheating instructions for the cauliflower puree: Transfer to a covered bowl and poke holes on the cover. Heat at 70% power for 1 minute in the microwave. For stovetops, Fill medium pan with a few inches of water, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and place a stainless steel or glass bowl on top with the puree in it and cover. Stir occasionally until hot. Drizzle a little extra melted butter or EVOO over the top
