Charcoal Wagyu Tenderloin (Serves 2-3)


  • This tender cut of meat is dusted with charcoal leek
  • Inspired by a dish by Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa from his two-Michelin star restaurant Les Creation de Narisawa in Minato, Tokyo
  • Serves 2-3 persons
  • Reheating instructions: Place Charcoal Wagyu on a wire rack and set on a pan. Warm oven to 110C and place meat inside. Don't leave the wagyu for more than 12 mins. Serve warm and enjoy!
