Angus Salpicao (approx. 300g or 700g)

- Cooking suggestion: Thaw beef in refrigerator overnight. Drain the beef using a strainer. Place a medium sized saute pan over medium heat for 1 min. Place 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Wait for butter to melt. Add salpicao. Don't crowd the pan. Saute beef until preferred doneness.
